Recruited by HN Services in 2021 on assignment, my first mission in the company is within the Remote Entry Relation Team (EERAD) of Société Générale Banque De Détail France (SG BDDF) from the beginning of my contract.
The EERAD team is in charge of implementing the bank account opening web paths for the individual prospects of Société Générale's FRB network.
There is a "Major" path for opening a costly account (all actions are done online) and an "Appointment" path that allows to make an appointment for the account opening. Both of these paths had a version running on Salesforce Classic that is now deprecated and replaced by a version running on Lightning Experience.
Between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, the "Minor" path for opening a Livret A was put into production directly under Lightning Experience. The first version of the "5D" pathway has also been deployed, replacing the ID capture mode of the "Major" pathway.
I started my mission by participating in the migration of the environment from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience as I had done for Randstad France during my previous experience. My contribution was to advise on part of the actions to be taken and to migrate the Attachments in Files with the apps Magic Mover. This app is free and developed by Salesforce Labs. Having already done so during my mission for Randstad I will not describe here the steps and actions of this document migration. Because of the RGPD regulations I will not present the sample pages
