Fichier Central des Interdits Bancaires FICB File listing people who are unable to pay their creditors. Banking bans are general. It covers all an individual's personal accounts, whatever the bank.
Fichier national des Incidents de remboursement des Crédits aux Particuliers (National Register of Personal Loan Repayment Incidents) FICP List, managed by the Banque de France, of all people who have been unable to repay a loan when due.
